Last year I started The Cook’s Supper Club and enlisted my friends who love to cook to come over for a dinner party. The only rule was that everything was to be made from scratch. The two ladies who made it brought some amazing delights to share. I hope we can do this again very soon.

Toni brought this absolutely ethereal 3 berry almond pound cake. The sauce was made from strawberries, blackberries and lingonberries.
And I made chicken sopes with the choice of red or green salsa.
